• Third person in Adams Room is $35 plus tax.
• Single occupancy rates are available at 10% off on non-holiday weekdays only.
• All rates are subject to Connecticut tax.
• 10 day cancellation notice is required for full payment refund. If cancellation notice is received less than 10 days prior to arrival date, a partial refund will be given only if rooms are re-rented.
• However, for graduation weekends in May, a 20-day cancellation notice is required.
